Description
This heated holding cabinet is fully-insulated and perfect for keeping prepared meals at ideal serving temperatures. Constructed with a durable red polymer exterior and two solid Dutch doors, this 120V NSF-listed unit uses less electricity than similar units.
Featuring easy-to-use controls that program humidity and temperature, this full-height heating cabinet can be set for up to 200°F. The interior of this unit contains pan slides that are made of nickel-chrome electroplated wire and spaced 1.5” apart.
